This site gives registered Smoothline customers access to event stage videos.
What we hold: your name, email address and the event(s) you're entered in. We also keep a record of sign-in sessions so each account can only be used on one device at a time.
Why: to control access to the videos and to email you sign-in codes and occasional notices about new videos. Nothing else.
Who processes it: Google (customer list), Cloudflare (this website), Resend (sending emails) and Bunny.net (video playback).
Your details on the video: your name and email are displayed over the video while you watch, to discourage sharing.
How long: your details for an event are deleted after video access for that event closes.
